Custom items:
Please note that custom tumblers takes approx. 15-20 business days once your payment has cleared, this does not include the shipping time. Custom pens, accessories and apparel takes approx. 7-14 business days. You must pay for your order first before the order can be placed. Please note that the color in the photographs can vary slightly due to lighting. The customer is responsible for reading our entire policy before purchasing from our store.

During the process of making a purchase, your contact, personal information and financial information may be required to complete the transaction. All information provided to Tailyn Made Boutique will be used solely and exclusively in processing your order and will not be mailed, emailed, or sold.

By paying for your order, you consent to a photo of your item being shared on our website as well as Tailyn Made's social media outlets. If you do not want a picture of your item shared or if you would like it posted at a later date, please let us know.

My Rights and Responsibilities:

We will complete your order in our timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Any questions or changes that we may have, will be communicated to you. We reserve the right to decline and/or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances. Please note, prices are subject to change.
