PLEASE READ:

Our lead time for stainless steel tumblers before it's shipped to you is approx. 15-20 business days, not including holidays (If you need sooner, please send us an email BEFORE you place your order). The lead time is based on our high order volume. The time frame is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. We do try our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Sometimes the entire lead time is not needed, then there are other times where order loads are very high and the time runs over.
All of our tumblers are handmade, dipped, coated in ultra-fine and/or chunky glitter and sealed with a permanent FDA compliant epoxy. There's some companies that spray paint there glitter on the tumblers, but here at Tailyn Made we choose to provide the maximum shine and BLINGGGG by ALWAYS coating our tumblers in real glitter!!
Our tumblers are sealed to a smooth as glass finish (unless requested no gloss, glass finish). No flaky glitter, no decal peel off and no grainy surface.
All of our tumblers are handmade, so each tumbler will not look exactly alike.
All of our tumblers are completely customizable and includes the standard lid.
We have hundreds of shades of colors and can custom match to pretty much any design.
Returns or refunds: Due to the custom nature of our items, will we not accept any returns or refunds, unless it's an error on our end. In that case, we will request the tumbler sent back for inspection and will either fix or replace the tumbler.
Cancellations must be canceled on the SAME day when you place your order, NO EXCEPTIONS!
