Return/Cancellation Policy

Here at Tailyn Made Boutique we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience and with the highest quality merchandise. If for some reason you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 2 business days upon receiving your order. Please note, custom design items are not returnable.
 
Please make sure to READ the lead time BEFORE you place your order. If you're not sure, please send us an email (see below). Once custom/handmade orders are placed, they can't be canceled/refunded. All supplies are placed with my supplier within 24 hours that your order is placed. If a refund is necessary and approved by the store owner, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
 
Tailyn Made Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please also note that we are NOT responsible if you drop your tumbler. Please also note, Epoxy/resin yellows over time.
