Shipping

Unless noted in stock, for all custom design tumblers standard production time before shipping your order is approx. 15-20 business days, not including holidays or weekends. Custom pens, accessories and apparel standard production time is approx. 7-14 business days, not including holidays or weekends. If we are able to get it done sooner, we will certainly try our best to, but if you need your item sooner than our normal lead time, please contact us BEFORE you place your order. A rush fee will be applied.

Orders are generally shipped via First Class or Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. You will receive a tracking number via email, once your order is shipped. Shipping times varies by the state you live in.

Please make sure your mailing address is a VALID address and MATCHES what's on your Paypal shipping address. We are NOT responsible for incorrect address. You are responsible for shipping charges if item is returned back to us we have to reship.

Please make sure to inspect your order within 2 business days of delivery. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please message us within 2 business days of delivery.
